As a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform, you are paying for access to the system and resources, not for ownership. Therefore, we cannot offer refunds for partially used periods, account inactivity, or unused features.
If you have subscribed to an annual plan and request a refund within 14 days of payment, you may be eligible for a prorated refund, minus any applicable processing fees. No refunds will be issued after 14 days.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation will stop future renewals, but no refunds will be provided for the current billing cycle.
Refund requests beyond the standard policy may be considered under exceptional circumstances (e.g., platform technical failures preventing normal use) and are handled case-by-case at our sole discretion.
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in account suspension or termination. We encourage you to reach out to our support team for assistance with billing issues.
Once the refund is approved, amount will be credited back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
